Inspired by rainy, mossy forests, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter films and poetry; I'm an adventurous soul and a sucker for true love. I yearn to capture those wildly, intimate moments for ALL couples- while practicing Leave No Trace ethics.
In addition to photographing, I thrive on assisting my couples through planning their adventurous love stories. Are you unsure of your ceremony location? I'm your location matchmaker! Do you prefer to keep it just the two of you and your photographer? I'm a certified wedding officiant! Need guidance in securing vendors or planning adventurous activities? Count me in! When I'm not behind the lens or editing photographs of my couple's love stories you can find me in an art museum, a bookstore, or hiking with my husband Logan and our two rescue pups, Juniper + Violet. Logan and I have been married for a few years now- eloped in the mountains of Colorado back in 2018. We absolutely love to travel; and I LOVE documenting it. I dream of living a life of adventurous photography and settling down in a tiny A-frame in the mossy wonderland of the PNW.

To date I've traveled out of state dozens of times to document love stories and across the Atlantic Ocean many times for elopements in Iceland, Scotland and Italy!! I'm so stoked to be able to do what I love in beautiful places in and outside of Michigan, and around the globe. Additionally I placed in Hour Magazine's Best of Detroit 2022 and the same year, won Best Detroit Photographer again from Channel 4 news and in 2023 won Junebug Wedding's Best of the Best Wedding Photograph.

One year into my business I was nominated and won "Best Detroit Wedding Photographer" from Channel 4 news. In 2021 I had my first adventure elopement in Oregon, first destination intimate wedding in Vermont and fully booked up my year with couple's love stories.

The pandemic began and so did my business- weird timing, right? Thankfully this allowed me to jump right into building my business. In the spring I was asked to photograph my first elopement. It was ROUGH but let me tell you- thanks to them coming to me with this idea I am where I am today and couldn't be more grateful. I also became a certified officiant for my elopement couples + registered as an LLC.

Yep! That's right. I've been a landscape photographer for as long as I can remember (all the way back to the mini polaroid photos) and someone loved my photos so much they asked me to photograph their sister's senior photos_ I said "sure but I have NO idea what I'm doing!!" It went so well I decided to try my luck with photographing people on a trip to Iceland, and fell in love.
